Establish a clear purpose: What do you hope to achieve with the ministry? It could be spiritual growth, strengthening families, or evangelism.

Don't work alone. Seek out brothers and sisters committed to God who can help you organize and lead the ministry.

Conduct surveys or meetings to understand the struggles, challenges, and expectations of men in the congregation.

He organizes breakfasts, camps, conferences and retreats focused on the spiritual edification of men.
