Dinner for Men

1. Objective

To strengthen fellowship among the men of the congregation, provide relevant biblical teaching, and motivate them to assume their role as leaders in their home, church, and community.


2. Date, time and place

Date: (Define the day according to the church's availability).

Hora: 7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Location: Church event hall / Christian restaurant / A brother's house with ample space.


3. Main theme of the evening

Example topics:

"Men of purpose" (Jeremiah 29:11).

"Servants and leaders after God's own heart" (1 Samuel 16:7).

"Men of faith and action" (James 2:17).

Men from the congregation and invited friends.

Possible special guests: pastors, leaders, or Christian speakers.

Dinner is served while the men socialize at the tables.

Attendees are encouraged to actively participate in the Men's Ministry.

A space to continue sharing, taking photos, and saying a fraternal goodbye.


5. Organization and Responsibilities

General Coordinator: Responsible for the overall logistics of the event.

Food manager: Preparation or coordination with a supplier.

Moderator: Leads the event and introduces the participants.

Speaker: Delivers the central message.

Interior design team: Responsible for the decoration and layout of the space.

Prayer Team: Intercede for the event before and during the activity.


6. Decoration and Ambiance

  • Tables decorated with a simple but elegant theme.
  • A banner with the name of the Men's Ministry and a key verse.
  • Christian instrumental music in the background.


7. Resources and Budget

Food and drinks: Catering or homemade food organized for groups.
